Under his leadership, the company developed a successful live shopping product, built a thriving community of sellers and buyers, and scaled the team to 100 employees.Before Popshop Live, Philip co-founded Hugh & Crye, where he gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship and bootstrapping a company from its early beta stage to a multi-million dollar operation. As a digitally native vertical brand (DNVB), he managed all aspects of the business, including manufacturing, supply chain operations, product development, and eCommerce.Having experienced both a high-growth, venture-backed business and a bootstrapped, scrappy venture, Philip understands and appreciates the dynamics of both environments.
