  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.• Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management accounts and financial reports.• Develop the annual operating budget analysis report and forecast activities report• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close of accounts and address tight deadlines. • Meet all the daily banking requirements.• Preparation of cash flow projections• Direct all periodic stock counts and prepare all final reports.• Support of budget and forecast activities. • Prepare posting schedules into SAGE and ERP accounting package of the company which must agree with accounts codes approved by the Finance Director.• Ensure tax compliance for withholding tax, Value Added tax, Payroll tax (PAYE) and State and Federal tax audits by developing an efficient tax monitoring system• Payroll and pension reform Act, Industrial Training Fund and other agencies compliance reports on monthly and annual basis.• Ensure completion of application forms, processing and obtaining of tax clearance certificates for company and its entire staff annually from Federal and State tax authorities.• Generate monthly or any periodic payroll; ensure remittance of PAYE taxes and provide monthly deductions of staff loans in agreement with software record and terms for loan agreements.• Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts. • Consult with departmental management on the tax implication of their administrative actions
