Lead business analyst and deputy team lead for a large software modernization program at the US Treasury. Challenging and rewarding work to develop a reliable system to automate the reconciliation of myriad complex financial transactions in order to perform the daily calculation of the outstanding U.S. national debt.My efforts, especially in creating new iterative testing and client acceptance procedures, led directly to multiple extensions and enlargements of the program's scope and budget. Program coordination in the IT PMO practice at TIAA-CREF. I oversaw enhancement of an ETL/BI tool while acting as a program analyst for a $6M project suite, supporting resource management and Governance process fidelity.Along the way, I:Built a Project Manager Playbook on best practices for resource management and project governance.
