A hands-on role, leading a team of product designers delivering the product strategy and design of mobile, web, and conversational apps for this software consultancy. Clients include LNER, Domino’s Pizza, First Bus, First Rail (GWR, SWR), EE, Workspace.Key achievements:- Recruiting, managing and leading the team and building all of its processes, from scratch.- Created a DesignOps approach, defining team organisational structure and workflows to improve efficiency, standardising tooling to reduce costs by 50%, and creating a user-centered culture in an engineering-led company to increase collaboration.- Defining and delivering a UX research project for First Rail identifying lost app revenue and creating a UX programme to improve product usability and conversion.- Leading the UX strategy, stakeholder engagement and product design of a new mobile experience for LNER as a part of a 20 person agile cross-discipline delivery team.- Leading and managing the design of new features and continuous improvement on iOS and Android apps for First Bus (generating £150m p.a.), First Rail (~600k MAU), and Domino's Pizza (~£425m app revenue in 2018).- Leading the product strategy and design of a new mobile platform for Workspace.

This platform was pivotal in TrialReach raising ~£18m in a Series B round.

Co-founded and designed this award-winning web and iPad edtech SaaS platform. We grew the product from zero to 35,000 monthly active teachers and generated revenue.

Co-founded and designed this web-based digital scrapbooking app from idea to product/market fit. We achieved 1 million registered users creating >2 million digital scrapbooks.
