For many years I consulted with clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and financial services industries. My experience includes assisting clients in responding to requests for information from their regulators, fraud investigations, forensic reviews, compliance reviews and litigation support matters. On these projects I specialize in the acquisition, review and analysis of information. I've been fortunate to have led and conducted challenging forensic investigations involving the collection, assimilation and analysis of large volumes of data from disparate sources. These matters include some of the PwC’s largest and most complex accounting and anti-corruption investigations. In addition to investigations I have used my forensic collection, data analysis and eDiscovery skills to provide expert reports and testify on various litigation matters. My experience investigating and remediating matters has also allowed me to consult with clients on proactive steps that they should take to mitigate regulatory and litigation risks through the appropriate use of technology and process. In particular, I advise on information management challenges faced by my clients as well as developing monitoring approaches to help clients detect suspicious third parties and transactions for further review.I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and a long time ago I obtained a BSc. in Zoology from Imperial College, London University. On June 30, 2023 I retired as a PwC partner and now live in California with my wife and family.
