Travelling solo from Nicaragua to Argentina, crossing through and learning from pretty much every country in between.Volunteer work in Lima, Peru in a project that focussed on street kids and sports. I contributed by teaching English and coaching soccer.

- Mentoring one of the fulltime board members of AIESEC Groningen 2010 - 2011;- Together with the other members of the Advisory board responsible for the continuity of AIESEC Groningen.

As a chair of the Make a Move- team responsible for organizing several career-events and for the supervision and support of six teammembers.Main responsibilities and results:- Together with each teammember I created and managed a personal development plan;- Together with the team invented and launched a new event, called ‘Women at the Top!’. This event proved so successful that it was subsequently introduced nationwide.- Organization of the Career Week where 32 companies and 450 students attended;- Responsible for the budget.Winner ING- award for best Make a Move-team 2009 - 2010
