Field Superintendent
Current- Development of the labor force by selecting teams, training and appraising personnel to set standards of performance and provide motivation to grow in their capacity. Develop team standards for quality of work, job.
- To implement an effective and efficient safety program, to administer responsibilities in the company manual to motivate employees to work safety by creating a safe work culture.
- Clearly communicate expectations, leading by example, encouraging and welcoming employee suggestions, ensuring safety rules are followed and acknowledging when an employee works safely.
- Knowing, understanding, communicating and ensuring compliance with OSHA and internal safety policies and procedures.
- Works closely with management in scheduling manpower, tools, training and vehicles.
- Assists the project managers in monitoring projects to ensure accurate labor hours and cost.
