About Philip Reynolds

Digital natives (everyone under 30 in 2024) will make up 58% of buyers and employees by 2035 (ONS 2024), so our goal is to help businesses attract them via clusters of branded video-first mobile applications marketed by partners and powered by #EXPO365, our microsite collaboration SaaS platform. My pitch above may seem too good to be true, but seeing is believing, so if you are part of an influential business organisation and can spare 30 minutes, I can show you how we can transform your directories and exhibitor lists into lead, revenue and talent-generating platforms, by enabling your network to collaborate digitally just as estate agents do in Rightmove, or holiday home owners do in Airbnb.Origin Story: Fourteen years ago, my daughter received inadequate career advice and work experience opportunities at school. This experience highlighted the significant gaps in sector and business awareness within the education system, contributing to the current skills crisis. Determined to find a technical solution to break the status quo, I spent years researching the skills crisis cross-sector, and was then inspired by Rightmove and Airbnb who had the answer I was looking for, microsites. We and the team have since spent 10,000 hours on R&D to produce #EXPO365 the worlds first 24/7 trade/careers fair platform.Using our deep B2B and B2E (education) digital experiences spanning three technology revolutions, we have designed EXPO365 to mirror how gold standard platforms work. Ours, however, is designed for digital natives and is of value to our partners, their business networks, teachers, parents, students, and broader stakeholders, including career hubs, LEPS, and numerous government departments.EXPO365 is a white-labelled platform so we are now actively looking for influential partners to help us make a positive impact at scale.
