As the first Engineering Manager at Resilient, I managed the growth of Engineering from a team of 6 in Cambridge, MA, to a global team of over 100. I came up through the ranks as a full-stack developer, Tech Lead, and Architect - experience I use to lead both technically and organizationally. I bring to bear a wealth of knowledge in almost all elements of software development: performance, scalability, compliance, security, globalization/localization, virtualization, CICD pipeline, SaaS delivery and hosting, QA, automation, Site Reliability, DevOps, and more.
