• World Family English (Disney World of English) is a leading provider of English language learning products and services for young children. We create fun, engaging educational experiences that harness a child’s natural.
• Oversaw operations such as day-to-day operations and long-term planning in Hong Kong and Macau with a team of 20 full-time and 50 plus part-time staff
• Devised and progressed the club’s business strategy to improve on the activities and services offered with the aim to attract more prospects and increase member retention
• Identified KPIs and OKRs to enhance club services and activities, such as playgroup activities, parent workshops, bi-monthly club magazine, club centre, club mobile app and website
• Delivered effective communication between stakeholders to deliver better results, members to create a positive community, and prospects to increase awareness of the club
