My practice is focused on dispute resolution and I am experienced in handling all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals. I am also a certified mediator. I was trained in litigation at the Boston office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where I worked on securities fraud class actions, and other complex business litigation matters. The areas in which I most typically work involve contracts, fiduciary duty, securities law, employment, fiduciary litigation, intellectual property and business torts. I can provide independent representation to board members, conduct investigations, provide strategic advice in a variety of business circumstances and advise clients in connection with governmental investigations. Finally, I have experience in zoning matters. I generally represent corporations (both public and private), pension funds and individuals. I am also available to assist lawyers on discrete matters or to handle local counsel duties.I try to bring creativity to my practice and have handled cases that resulted in establishing new law.
