Supervised up to 5 full time salespeople and 8 selling technicians. Conducted daily training for HVAC, plumbing and electrical sales. Assisted in setting prices and creating pricing systems. Performed direct sales and trained salespeople in the field. Coordinated sales with daily operations of installation and service departments. Met with vendors for purposes of pricing and sales training. Researched new products for business expansion. Began with company as operations manager, overseeing daily operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation and hydronic departments and supervising up to 40 field technicians and installers.

Founded Genesee Heating and Cooling in 1988. The company started in commercial and residential remodel, replacement and new construction. Eventually it evolved to specialize in residential in home services including heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical. Merged with Coffman Company January 1, 2006.

Grew company to $1.6 million sales from startup. Company's scope ranged from residential service and replacement to commercial service and installation in HVAC.
