With over 29 years of experience in the US Marine Corps, I am a data analyst and aviation sustainment expert who has worked with various aviation units and aircraft types, from helicopters to jets. My core competencies include data analysis, project management, problem solving, and quality assurance. As the Aviation Sustainment and Future Operations Chief at HQMC Aviation, I was responsible for ensuring that each unit's manpower structure was properly balanced by military occupational specialty to support the mission, especially during transitions to new aircraft models. I collaborated with executive officers, logistics squadrons, and avionics technicians to make critical changes and improve mission readiness. I also supervised over 500 Marines and facilitated their training and development. My goal was to optimize the aviation sustainment and readiness of the Marine Corps.
