Phillip Kollin is a Host of Unique and Custom Whiskey Adventures | Founder @ Phil Talks Whiskey | Executive Bourbon Steward & Certified Tourism Ambassador at Phil Talks Whiskey. He possess expertise in blogging, email marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, project management and 45 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "It was always a relief to know that Phil would be managing one of my projects at WebMD. He was highly aware of the status of his projects, was quick to respond to queries, worked diplomatically with all team members, and was willing to do whatever work necessary to see a project through. He also showed a deeper understanding of digital formats than most other PMs. He was one of the best project managers that I've ever worked with.", "Phil is one of the most creative and passionate people I've ever met. I have known him for more than 6 years, and in that time, our professional careers have followed similar paths in online marketing and digital project management. Phil cares deeply about his own personal and professional growth, as well as the well-being of his clients. We have collaborated and brainstormed on many occasions, whether it was work-centric (WebMD for him, Incisive Media or Avon Foundation for me) or focused on outside projects. I gave Phil a couple pointers for his Luggage Travels blog from a content and social media perspective, and he ran with it. I am so impressed with Phil's writing ability, his knack for picking up new online skills, his creative approach, and his positive attitude toward any challenge. He would be a great asset to any company in the marketing world!", and "Phillip is detail-oriented and picked up on our processes quickly. He was able not only to function at a high level as a project manager, enforcing process and keep programs running smoothly, but was also able to think on his feet, and know - perhaps most importantly - when to bend those processes without loosing time; which was sometimes the only way to ensure a program got back on track once it veered off. I highly recommend Phillip, and have deep respect for his ability to organize and lead a project."

Kentucky Bourbon Trail Host And GuideMint Julep Experiences Jan 2015 - Mar 2019Louisville, Kentucky, UsMy goal with each tour at Mint Julep Experiences was to offer every guest an amazing experience. Showing everyone who steps aboard my bus a memorable day (or days!) that they'll never forget. Through March 2019, I hosted over 750 different groups of guests for adventures that have lasted anywhere from a few hours to four days. I've transported, hosted and handled guests on Custom and Public Bourbon Distillery Tours, Exclusive Experiences, Horse Farm Tours, Louisville City Tours, Historic City tours, Corporate Outings, Bourbon tastings, Breweries, Wineries and much more. I'm a dedicated bourbon enthusiast, knowledge nerd for Bluegrass History and a giant advocate for all things Kentucky Beauty. Every day brought a new set of guests, a new destination and a new challenge. Working for a truly one-of-a-kind tour and destination management company has made me flexible to the needs of groups ranging in size from 2 to 100 and every variety of guests including Special Events, Corporate Outings and Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties. The motto of our Mint Julep is "The purpose of FUN is to HAVE some!" and I did my best to embody that through enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion to share knowledge and good times. I have now guided, driven and hosted on just about every stretch of highway and back road in Kentucky with a focus on destinations on (and just slightly off) of The Bourbon Trail. Plus, as a company perk, I had just about the greatest window view of any office on the planet. I am a certified Executive Bourbon Steward through the Stave and Thief Society and a Louisville Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA). I have yet to meet a book about bourbon or Kentucky history that I didn't love. I also have a Kentucky Commercial Driver's License (CDL- Class C) with Passenger endorsement authorizing me to operate a wide range of vehicles including those that allow for transporting 15 or more guests. -
