With over 40 years of work experience in the fire service and emergency management, I am a passionate leader, innovator, and educator in this field. My mission is to improve the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of emergency response through technology, collaboration, and best practices. As the president of StreetWise Response Software, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who develop and deliver cutting-edge solutions for emergency services across the country.At StreetWise Response Software, I oversee the strategic direction, product development, marketing, and customer service of our flagship product, StreetWise CADlink, a response information solution that utilizes cloud server storage and data management, interfacing with inexpensive tablet computers. StreetWise CADlink enables emergency responders to access and exchange vital incident data in real-time, enhancing situational awareness, communication, and decision-making. I have also contributed to the industry as a chapter author for the Fire Chief's Handbook, a time-honored resource for fire service leadership. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my role are hazardous materials, public safety, and emergency services.
