My work life experience includes roles in estimating, project management, financial management, and General Management, allowing me to assist across a broad range of business disciplines with particular experience in the Utility Infrastructure industry.I have also enjoyed 18 years experience at Board & Executive Director level across the public and commercial sectors, including an extended period on an Alliance Leadership Team - effectively the Board of an Alliance.Through United Focus Advisory Pty Ltd I provide board and operational level strategic advice, as well as general consulting to organisations in the Infrastructure and Construction Industry. ITS would identify new innovations from around the world and investigate, test, analyse the product/process to ensure it was suitable for Australian/Asian Authorities and conditions● ITS enjoyed successful collaborative relationships with all major and many minor Water and Sewer Authorities across Australia, as well as other Authorities or organisations managing stormwater maintenance Programs such as Road, Rail, local Councils, and Mine site operators all across Australia● After leaving CLM at the end of 2009, I joined ITS in 2010 as CFO to oversee the ambitious plans of the ITS Shareholders. Turnover in the 2010 Financial Year was approx. $8mill PA● As a Director and Board Member, contributed to quarterly formal Board meetings to review overall business performance, review outcomes against projections, ascertain whether facilities and resources were adequate, and to fine tune Business Strategies and Planning.● Initially solely focused within NSW, a key goals of Shareholders was to have a National presence.
