Through excellent communication and team building skills, I have managed to develop the team, helping them to enhance their skills thus lifting the profile of our unit.Working with this team we have achieved 100% on our customer satisfaction surveys. This has been achieved by working on the teams customer service and hospitality skills, also with working on kitchen turn around times etc.My duties also include, Management of the shift rota ensuring the unit is effectively managed at all times, paying attention to our budget and costs. I am also shift manager ensuring that the unit runs smoothly at all times. I feel that I have been able to support the team to work pro actively. I feel this has helped the team become a more focused working unit.
