With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and skilled trainer who helps staff deliver exceptional customer service and quality standards. As a hospitality trainer at Wells and Co., I design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs for over 600 employees across 45 pubs and hotels both in the UK and France. I also partner with managers and leaders to identify training needs, evaluate outcomes, and provide feedback and coaching. Previously, I worked as a retail trainer and a training and recruitment co-ordinator at McMullen & Sons Ltd, where I developed and implemented training strategies and initiatives for the retail division, and supported the recruitment and induction of new staff. I have a Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3 qualification from the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Learning, and I am proficient in people development, coaching, and engaging people skills. I am motivated by the mission of creating a positive and memorable guest experience, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of hospitality professionals.
