I'm a natural connector with high energy, and I’m told that we’re doing good things in tech.I discovered my strength was working with people and unlike a lot of folk in this industry, I chose recruitment very much on purpose. Influencing, guiding and advising feel very natural to me, so I decided to launch a recruiting business of my own called trg when I was 25. I'm known for pushing boundaries in bringing people together, so I founded a family of technology communities collectively called The Roundabouts, that I put on for free every month with regular attendances of 200+.My main role is running the P&L and building new customer partnerships. I love to see my team flourish. Enabling others and removing roadblocks so they can succeed is a real motivator for me. My coverage is UK & the US.On 19th July 2024, trg became 100% Employee Owned. This means that in the future, the profits generated by our company go to the employees. Announcing that to them was the most enjoyable thing I've ever done in my career 😊 I’m dad to 2 girls which takes up 98% of my free time. The big one is not too far away from making BD calls. The other 2% is used up playing golf. I cannot tell you just how much I love building tech teams, and I have lots of creative ideas about doing this effectively without throwing time and effort down the drain.
