Drive to deliver on time and in line with BT’s Network Services rollout for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Day to day Management of the build, installation and maintenance of the Points of Presence and Datacenters for the London 2012 Olympics. Maintenance of the LAN/WAN/VoIP installation for 64 Olympic venues. Adds, Moves, Changes and maintenance of the London Olympic Organising Committee’s Datacentre and offices at the Canary Wharf, Docklands complex of buildings. Day-to-day first-line support on the BT Delivered London 2012 Olympics, Point of Presence, with greater than 99.999% network availability. First Line support for the non-competition sites, looking after the two core network sites and the London headquarters of LOCOG (London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games) in Docklands. Day to Day supervision of sub-contractors working within secured Olympic areas.2011 test events and technical rehearsals ahead of the Games time and acceptance testing into service. 2012 managed the live core sites during the Olympic and Para Olympic Games times.
