In 2003 I co-founded Consider with my business partners Ben Leeves, Ian Boardman and Alistair Kelly. Fast forward nearly two decades, and Consider is now a thriving agency and part of a group of like minded businesses alongside Exemplify and Social Pops.As one of the founders of Consider, I'm focused on building a purpose driven agency, one that can make an impact on society and the world around us through the creative and strategy work we do.When we started Consider, I was our Technical Director, excited by all things digital and in finding new technologies to solve our clients' problems. In more recent years, I have stepped away from the day-to-day project work to take on the role of Managing Partner. My role is to implement our agency strategy, look after our amazing team, keep a keen eye on the finances and help develop the structure and tools we need to grow. With my co-founders Al, Ben and Ian we have assembled a stellar team of creatives, copywriters, strategists and account managers. At Consider we specialise in helping clients in the charity, membership and education sectors.Our journey began over 15 years ago, and each year we have honed our vision and learnt new skills. Whether it’s campaigns or strategy, on- or offline; we pride ourselves on our client service and being easy to work with.
