The Butler Business Consulting Group was a consulting business designed to serve Indiana companies by offering innovative strategies that support profitable growth. Part of Butler University’s College of Business for 13 years, the experienced professionals leveraged the University’s resources to help solve business challenges. From strategy to marketing, sales, operations, and financial management, our professional team and subject matter experts worked alongside clients to build solutions that had immediate and long term results. The consulting firm was dissolved in January of 2020.

Family owned small business where I was asked to stand in and manage day to day activity while making a career shift from sales to marketing. Under my management, we turned a struggling gluten free bakery into a profitable business, doubling, sometimes tripling daily sales through my customer service focus. I also maintained 100% employee retention in a high-turnover industry. I managed the majority of B2C and B2B interaction, performing product deliveries and account management. I still work on an "as needed" basis on weekends.

Greater Chicago Area

As a Project Manager for Epsilon, I was contracted to co-manage Honda print and email marketing campaigns for the holiday season across the United States. I successfully aided in the release of over forty different email and direct mail campaigns for dealerships in 7 different regions. As an employee for an established marketing agency, I have experience in managing marketing campaigns ranging in the tens of thousands with established clients such as Ford, Honda, and Chevrolet. I was also tasked with performing copy editing responsibilities for print campaigns to ensure the high volume of campaigns met deadlines on time and error free.

Illinois, Indiana, And Michigan

Managed all pro accounts across Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan with responsibilities including key account management (KAM), product up-selling, long-term sales strategy, and event planning/event management. Beyond existing accounts, I was also tasked with finding and closing new leads, formulating sales strategy for my territory, and communicating product value to clients through strong interpersonal skills. I decided to leave Freud to pursue a career in marketing.

Greater Chicago Area

Managed all Home Depot accounts across Chicago Area ensuring that inventory in over 40 unique stores was stocked and meeting store management standards. Other responsibilities included daily product demos and pitches at select stores with a focus on increasing product sales. I was offered promotions in both San Francisco and Chicago within my first 6 months of employment by two different National Account Managers.
