As a part of this, I needed to identify if the existing solution could stay "as is" and I could simply re-architect the solution in the new system or if I needed to do a completely new design. Once the choice was made, I'd then design the solution and work with the appropriate network and systems teams to make the changes and to complete the build. I was also the primary customer interface and lead the project with them in order to minimize any outages and downtime. The goal of the project was to get customers' solutions onto 4G compliant back-end systems. -

As a part of the process, we scoped the TCO and ROI to ensure that the cost to build and support is feasible for the customer. Finally, we'd design the solution and get approvals for the build and implementation. At this stage, we became project managers and would oversee the build, testing, and implementation. Once the project rolled into production, we were still available as a first level post-sales support person.We stayed on top of the latest mobility trends regarding handsets, network, and 3rd party software. We needed to be the subject matter experts on mobility. Essentially, this is the designing and building of custom paths (VLANs) through AT&T's backbone.
