Implements and manages the day-to-day activities during system operations (e.g. personnel data download and review, business process analysis, DTS training, and Defense Accounting and Disbursing System (DADS) and Commercial Travel Office (CTO) connectivity). Coordinates development of traveler profiles, organizational data, reporting, budgetary, and document flow procedures in DTS. Ensures system requirements and activities necessary to achieve the objectives are identified, met and resolved, including all technical, administrative and/or operational problems and conflicts. Monitors functional aspects of the DTS to ensure continued successful operation. Resolves systematic issues and/or problems involved in the software upgrades and connectivity, establishment of organizations, groups, routing list, and setup of user files.

Serves as the subject matter expert to the AFN Europe Director on network-wide logistics operations and material management systems. Tracks and documents all AFN Europe accountable items & inventories In Accordance With (IAW) Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Media Activity (DMA) Instructions and manages the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) tasks. Provides material support and shipping for 17 European radio, TV broadcast production, and transmitting affiliates. Coordinates inventory, storage, facilities management, disposal, supply operations and transportation control actions.

Utilizes Mobility Inventory Control Automated System (MICAS web); inspects and ensuringaccountability of all assigned assets for forward deploying military personnel. Maintains armed security & accountability for base weapons, to include 9M handgun and M16/M4 rifles along with designated weapons support kits.Provided direct logistics support to 208 units and supported aircraft valued at $6B. Utilized Enterprise Solution Supply and Asset Management System to monitor reports, conduct research, and track assets. Responsible for the effective storage of controlled classified, HAZMAT, and sensitive supply items. Processes all received shipments, off-loading, checking, and distributing them via commercial carriers to 11 combat oriented supply operations shops and four aircraft parts stores. Performs maintenance on fleet of warehouse equipment to ensure vehicle safety and serviceability.Provided supply support to more than 300 organizations, establishing accounts, tracking documentation, and conducting in/out processing of deployed personnel. Ensures proper handling of classified assets, managing and monitoring all procedures.Coordinated bench stock and requirements to support 29 aircraft, 233 maintainers, and 255 pieces of test equipment. Utilized computerized tracking systems to monitor parts movement and supply transactions.
