Organize a technical data packet for our technicians to use and reference when performing the job. Act as project manager for each job (in person or remotely) and respond to technical issues as they arise; coordinate help as needed. And ensure customer is satisfied with our service to address their needs.

Lead Estimator & Inside Sales Manager for the repair division (EESCO Pump & Valve) of Cummins-Wagner, Inc in Baltimore. In this role, my main responsibilities include: Organizing the inflow of new sales opportunities, generating the bulk of company estimates, and processing orders that require the procurement of various Industrial or Commercial equipment.
