• Directly responsible for the development of the future state Supply Chain roadmap and management of the Supply Chain project portfolio. Specific deliverables include development of processes and systems to optimize flow of products through the Lowe’s supply chain in an extensive multi-warehouse environment. Additional responsibilities include business liaison between IT and the business on current and future systems development as well as collaboration on development of the overall system architecture to support Lowe’s business.

• Directly responsible for developing Lowe’s future state supply chain roadmap and implementation of Demand Planning and Fulfillment solutions.

• Responsible for the development, installation and maintenance of OMI purchasing software and associated business practices for Ahold USA.

• Responsible for the development, installation, and maintenance of purchasing systems and associated business practices. Additional responsibilities include procurement systems and process development for Ahold operating companies and managing a team of project managers.

• Responsible for implementation of purchasing software, for OMI clients (Weis Markets, Associated Grocers South, Stop & Shop and Food Lion) in both centralized and non-centralized business models. Developed business process improvements in the procurement area for OMI clients.

• Managed $32 million category of paper goods household chemicals, pet food, and greeting cards. Responsibilities included AD layout and development, vendor negotiations, supervision of five staff members, and development of new programs to generate sales.

• Managed conversion of Ralph’s and Food 4 Less private brands to Fred Meyer private brand• Sku rationalization across three divisions to eliminate product duplication• Approval of new packaging and development of exit strategies for discontinued private label products
