Working with the account manager to devise sales strategy and ensure the optimum level of service is offered to each and every customer.In running Hammers Sales Academy I am responsible for all aspects of recruitment. Hammer take a rather unique approach to recruitment and rather than looking to recruit people with IT or sales experience we often recruit people with no experience of sales or IT. By doing this we are able to bring people into the industry and ensure they learn to sell the "Hammer" way. In Addition to this I was made responsible for recruitment and training of new sales staff for Hammer's Products division. By combing these two jobs I am able to utilize the skills I have developed over 10 years to assist our top sales people develop high profile accounts and also educate people who are new to the industry on how to sell, technology, the products and services we offer.
