As an Army SROTC Senior Military Science instructor, I am responsible for the training and development of over 100 cadets. Daily, I motivate academic and physical achievement to generate future Army leaders. My priority is to foster superior performance in students by:- Developing and teaching accredited, military-motivated leadership curriculum on “Application of Leadership” and “Small Team Management.”- Creating and distributing assignments, web-based quizzes and tests using Blackboard and other online and computer-based productivity tools to instruct and assess students.- Directing physical training regimen to bring students up to military standards of physical capabilities.- Enforcing adherence of important program and university policies such as equal opportunity, sexual harassment, assault prevention policies.- Building bonds with students and teaching peers utilizing excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills.

I directed a team of over 250 broad mission support specialists to carry out projects and operations intended to support personnel in multiple theaters of command across 8 different countries. My leadership was pivotal to the success of these operations. I led these efforts by:- Developing and executing operational plans with the intent and result of influencing behavioral patterns in specified audiences.- Leveraging current and emerging intelligence tactics in support of national and international military operations.- Authoring and approving of curriculum to train high-level support specialists.- Traveling internationally to perform gap analysis on the training outcomes and addressing opportunities for growth.- Performing target analyses from large-scale demographics to specified subsets.

I trained upwards of 600 personnel in standard operating procedures (SOP) for planning and carrying out psychological operations at the brigade or battalion level by:- Evaluating teams of 20 or more personnel for proficiency in army tactics in order to deploy troops- Analyzing the progress of these teams and adjusting training method to bring all personnel on an even level of proficiency based on military standards of success.

I supported military operations personnel numbering in excess of 20,000 using designated psychological operations techniques. I led these efforts by:- Planning and executing large-scale actions and programs to achieve operational goals.- Converting data from multiple sources including confidential reports into operating plans.- Holding each team member accountable for their part of the overall plan.

I trained personnel in standard operating procedures for planning and carrying out psychological operations at a team level with my role to include:- Creating and implementing teaching schedules and goals.- Evaluation of team progress and adjustment of training and curriculum to account for gaps.- Bringing all members to even levels of proficiency to ensure each person met capability requirements to deploy safely and as a cohesive unit.

I led a 3 to 5-person team to accomplish tactical operations at the most focused level of implementation. We worked as a unit to:- Source and gather psychological intelligence for use in operations.- Conduct research and analysis utilizing various resources to achieve operational success and prepare reports and documentation to summarize our work.

Managed teams of communications specialists to maintain open lines of communication in support of military personnel.- Supervised the installation, operation, employment, and direct support systems maintenance of large and small electronic switches and associated equipment.- Performed and assisted subordinate operators in the conduct of switching and COMSEC operations.- Implemented network control center generated changes to support operational requirements.

Maintained open lines of communication in support of military personnel.- Installed, initialized, operated, and performed unit level and direct support maintenance on electronic switching assemblages, systems, and ancillary communications equipment.- Used computers to perform system/network operations.- Installed, operated, and performed preventative maintenance on power generators.
