Mr. Cooper was head of M&A activity for a telecommunications company specializing in wholesale carrier operations. Mr. Cooper then founded Certain Communications Corporation, a startup company in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
