The Black Advancement Coalition (BAC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization who seeks to identify, connect, and redistribute the existing capital within the Black community to promote the advancement of Black people. As the executive director of BAC, I was responsible for the strategic oversight of the organization. In three years of operations, we successfully lead a grass roots effort to generate funding to support Black youth to develop their own businesses and we supported organizations to better engage our youth.
