I administered the Administration Functional Manager position controlling the job assignment, job proficiency and breadth of experience of 9 enlisted Administration personnel. I coordinated, performed and managed a variety of tasks and activities in direct support of organizational commanders, directors and senior leaders to include office management, human resources, executive staff support, postal, official mail and a variety of other services and duties. I managed processes and activities supporting organizational communications, including correspondence preparation, distribution, suspense tracking, workflow management, electronic mail management, content management and other related duties. I also performed various administrative functions in support of military and civilian leaders including calendar management, meeting support, travel planning and receptionist duties. I ensured communications complied with standards for style and format. I provided administrative support for organizational, personnel and manpower programs such as personnel rosters, annual evaluations, decorations, supervisory data, travel orders and manpower authorization requests. I provided executive administrative support to General Officers and Senior Executive Service civilians, to include arranging travel and lodging, coordinating itineraries, preparing trip folders and filing travel vouchers. I assisted commanders and directors with organizational support duties, to include organizational responsibilities and unit-level execution of tasks/programs from various functional communities.
