In June 2022 HotSpot was acquired by IBI Group. IBI Group was then acquired by Arcadis. HotSpot will continue to be operated by an independent business unit with the existing leadership team supported by IBI's global footprint. HotSpot Parking Inc (also known as HotSpot Technologies or just HotSpot) is a company with offices in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and Halifax, Nova Scotia. - Developed goals and managed the schedule and budget for a large monastery for the Buddhist Society (GEBIS) that was completed by August on time, budget and exceeded expectations.- Strong planning and organization skills developed dealing with contractors, material suppliers and crew coordination during the project. - Showed ability to prioritize and multitask by managing multiple projects, and estimating new projects having limited construction experience.

-Developed a system to track and register water testing quality data for 17 facilities on the island.-Carried out water quality checks for several municipalities, industrial food complexes and seasonal resorts to ensure water met strict consumption guidelines.-Assisted with emergency repairs and also sat in on planning for long term alterations to several waste water facilities including prisons, waste management facilities and abattoirs.
