Hello! I am an Information Technology Professional with a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology. I hold two certifications: CompTIA A+ and Microsoft AI Fundamentals. Additionally, I have an advanced level of expertise in the installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, upgrading and testing of hardware and software. I also have extensive experience in networking, which includes the installation of cabling, hubs, switches, routers, and wireless access points into the network, configuring, testing and troubleshooting as needed.Most of all, I enjoy learning about new technologies and using that knowledge to help others integrate technology into their lives. I am a person who likes to take on the challenge of bringing people and technology together so that people can learn and be more productive.
