I am currently pursuing a BS in Human Services with an emphasis on Addiction Counseling at MSU Denver, and I have an associate's degree in Psychology from Trinidad State College.My professional experience is diverse, including over 20 years in IT as a Microsoft Systems Administrator, Engineer, and End User Computer Architect. This technical background developed my analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. I also served as a general manager of a small medical manufacturing business, where I honed my leadership abilities, strategic decision-making, and team management skills.I am now actively seeking opportunities to earn 1,000 clinically supervised hours toward licensure in addiction counseling (CAC/CAT/CAS), where I can continue developing my skills while making a positive difference in the lives of others.
