 Managed manufacturing, packaging and shipping operations that generated $15+M in annual revenue.  Led the day-to-day operation, overseeing eight direct reports, with overall responsibility for 75 employees. Collaborated with materials and purchasing departments to schedule the department to meet customer requirements. Scheduled preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimal OEE. Initiated root cause analysis on quality defects and mechanical failures. Coordinated with support departments to execute required corrective actions. Analyzed and responded to KPI’s. Launched multiple product assembly lines using lean Six Sigma tools in areas including 6S, waste reduction, and process flow balancing.
