Phillip Durham is a partner in the Structured Finance Group of Holland & Knight LLP. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border asset-based financing, leasing, and sales and acquisitions, with particular emphasis on aviation and equipment leasing and finance in Latin America and Asia. Phillip Durham has worked extensively on transactional matters in the area of aviation and equipment leasing and finance, including the representation of aircraft operating lessors, international financial institutions, U.S. domestic airlines and engine lessors in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions.Phillip Durham is the current Vice Chair of the ABA Aircraft Financing Subcommittee. He is also a frequent lecturer and author.
