During this time I also assisted with the onboarding of new Store Managers and worked with the Learning and Development team to support change in the delivery of content and drive innovation in revolutionising learning approach.I also took responsibility for my own personal growth and professional development managing my planning and prioritisation to deliver a self constructed training plan while developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business and working cross-functionally, launching a community space in Swindon, working with both the Swindon Night Shelter and aiding Wiltshire Police with the Ben Kinsella Foundation and the anti-knife crime initiative with donations and support from the business. I also took responsibility of coaching managers ready to undertake community plans I had developed while onboarding high performing management colleagues joining apprenticeships and supporting 24/7 complex retail operations to secure the financial success of the business. Leading staff to unearth development potential; alignment with the Co-Op values, exceed KPI targets, support sales growth, developing the management team and supporting the local community by building links with local charities and schools.__________2020: Released to provide managerial support to several busy high street convenience stores in the historically significant, Roman city of Bath, then appointed to a new Wiltshire convenience store in a rapidly expanding/developing area just before the Covid-19 pandemic.Covid-19: Ran a <£1m retail operation during the global pandemic, dealing with unprecedented events with great agility. On top of this, I delivered exponential sales growth and networking with the community, for example with a local day nursery for children of key workers, by donating breakfasts.
