• This position involves managing as many as 25 Field Engineers and 2 NPU Engineers. My daily/weekly duties include:
• Analyzing previous day data to identify areas for improvement
• Analyzing engineer performance to identify coaching requirements
• liaising with control team throughout the day to assist in managing workstack and resolving any engineer issues
• Monitoring NPU activity’s throughout the day to avoid failures
• Field visits to engineers to carry out checks on tooling/calibration and identify opportunities for the Performance Improvers
