As the Managing Director of VPL Haulage and VPL Transport WA, I oversee all aspects of the business, from strategy and finance to operations and customer service. I am committed to building long-term relationships with our clients, partners, and employees, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and safety.In my current role, I manage two privately owned and operated companies that specialize in road transport and bulk freight logistics. I am responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that optimize stewardship, quality, and productivity, as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. I also lead and mentor a team of plant managers, drivers, and operators, and provide them with the necessary training and support. I have successfully expanded our services and client base, secured multiple contracts with major mining and construction companies, and increased our revenue and profitability.
