Assist in the daily operations to ensure delivery of excellent results and achieve goals quarter after quarter, month after month, on all aspects of customers, people, operations, and financials.

Responsible for translating insights from one project to the next while driving process improvements across all Service functions. Ensure quality standards are met and deliver cost-efficient, scalable solutions to challenges impacting the customer experience. Ability to execute key service initiatives, including but not limited to production planning, shop loading, scheduling, and mobile service.

Leader of the service shop floor teams. Responsible for leading an engaged team of technicians while delivering an impeccable service experience through driving excellent results and delivering operational efficiency in the service center.
