Currently managing a group of entry to expert level engineers developing and supporting Materials, Life Prediction, and Probabilistic Design requirements of Siemens Gas Turbine Engineering. Developed new talent through mentoring of group members, or others, on technical and program management topics. Conducting employee career development, evaluation, administrative tasks, company policy, and promoting Siemens culture.

Principle investigator or team lead for various Government/Industry/Academia initiatives sponsored by the USAF and NASA, relating to life prediction research and development in the areas of fatigue, fracture and High Cycle Fatigue of high temperature Nickel disk alloys, Titanium Metal Matrix Composites, and Ceramic Matrix Composites. Responsibilities included developing new technology and managing proposals, budgets, technical efforts, and preparing technical reports.Additionally, responsible engineer for, and author of, proprietary Fracture Mechanics prediction code (SURCK) and evaluation of crack growth data for design curves.
