• Standardized the large Corporate Trade processing offering, transitioning the teams from bespoke processing to a streamline standardized straight through process. The effort eliminated the need for multiple manual backend processes and allowed for a more concise product offering. • Championed the effort to retire a legacy international trade system to capture $3.2 million in savings. Managed internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure an orderly transition to the new processing infrastructure.• Managed the full integration of large corporate trade clients, leading teams through business requirements, file development processes and ensuring timely completion of legal agreements, which added $4 million in annual revenue• Led the client support group which provided large corporates ‘white glove service’ in support of their international trade activity. The subset of clients represented 80% of the annual revenue for the division.

Business Management & Customer Support• Oversaw the growth of the Supply Chain Finance business from initiation to $3 billion in outstandings in 2 ½ years.• Built out the client support processes; hired, trained and managed the development of the client support staff. The team was responsible for resolving client issues and queries. • Expanded the client support model by opening a Supply Chain Finance office in Dublin, Ireland which provided coverage of our European clients Client Implementations • Led all client implementation of the supply chain finance programs; including supplier finance and key account purchase. Have implemented over 180+ clients who represent industry leaders in retail, technology and agribusiness. • Instrumental in enhancing the sales cycle by providing clients in-depth knowledge on chargeback processing. Alleviated client concerns over the scope and depth of the implementation process.• Managed the integration between Wells Fargo clients and the supply chain finance infrastructure. Led clients through their business requirements and file development processes. Led on-site client workshop meetings to understand the sourcing and accounts payable processes. • Developed a project management methodology which allowed for the greatest amount of client flexibility in designing their internal process to initiate a supplier finance program.Supplier Finance Sales & Onboarding• Took over the management of the supplier onboarding sales team. Implemented a new sales compensation plan, re-aligned the sales approach for new programs and the support for legacy clients.• Grew monthly revenue 40% in 8 months.

• Facilitated Wells Fargo’s start-up of a new business, Supply Chain Finance. Oversaw the selection of internal systems, selection of external technology vendor, development of operating processes and managed the $5 million start up budget.• Led Wells Fargo’s effort to install Misys’ Loan IQ product as a ‘books-&-records’ application. Took over a 2 year project, which was behind schedule and over budget and turned it around and met all project deliverables on time and on budget. • Facilitated the development of Wells Fargo’s Corporate Investment Banking strategic loan platform strategy, a global, multi-year, cross currency initiative.

• Acted as the subject matter expert in Bank of America’s Consumer Real Estate division’s technology review of mortgage processing. Documented the bank’s current technology state from origination through secondary marketing / securitization. The infrastructure review included Consumer Real Estate as well as the Global Corporate Investment Banking division and the Corporate Investment division.• Facilitated Phase I of Freddie Mac’s “36 Month Road Map” process re-design. The initiative concentrated on the Cash Management Operations division which included servicing, bulk & flow purchase and Credit Enhancement areas. • Developed a current state assessment and a future state design for automating verification of security prices at Freddie Mac.

• Oversaw the growth from inception to maturation of a mortgage conduit’s operations. Hired, trained and mentored staff to control the exponential growth. Instituted systems, policy and procedures to manage the $6 billion commercial portfolio and $1.2 billion residential portfolio. • Managed the effort to design, develop and implement a commercial mortgage servicing system to warehouse loans prior to securitization. The implementation of the system resulted in an annual savings of $1.4 million. • Started the Corporate Investment Bank’s Project Management Office for the Operations and Technology divisions; Instituted policies and disciplines to affect change in the organization. Projects encompassed trading floor, middle office, back office and accounting applications and processes. • Responsible for the due diligence review of GMAC Commercial Mortgage by Deutsche Bank’s Operations and Technology departments. The potential acquisition was valued at over $10 billion.
