Core responsibilities involve advising of exit costs relevant to all payout / restructure enquires of CUA home loans. I am also expected to identify and retain customers seeking to leave CUA. Each employee in my team has a target to retain AUD$2.5 million worth of business each month.This role requires:- Recording of statistics (e.g. exit fees charged or waived and loans paid out or retained)- Maintaining on-going customer rapport to retain business- Problem solving- Attention to detail (to ensure exit fees in each scenario is calculated accurately)- Multi-tasking
