My passion in life is taking ideas, nurturing them, and bringing them to life onscreen. For the last 20 years I’ve been involved with creating web sites, applications, and video games in some capacity. Throughout my professional career (15+ years) I’ve had one foot in the enterprise space and the other in video games, with work spanning the creation of large scale enterprise line-of-business (LOB) applications to retro styled mobile games.I’ve worn many hats throughout my career and stretched myself into various roles to meet project challenges. Roles I’ve held include: developer, designer, architect, project/product/release manager, and overall lead. As a problem solver I excel by focusing on the root causes and looking at things from the user’s perspective instead of trying to solve challenges with technology alone. I’m a programmer with an artistic eye, a designer that knows how something can be achieved technically, and a lead that can build teams and drive projects to successful results. Tackling complex problems and learning new techniques helps keep my technical and design skills sharp as I continue down the path of bringing ideas to life through the power of technology.
