Phil founded The Community Restoration Project because he believes our community thrives when the residents are positioned to lead productive and wholesome lives.Prior to starting The Community Restoration Project Corporation Phil served as Executive Director of Georgia Works for seven years, Phil served as Director and Project Manager in Homelessness at United Way of Greater Atlanta where he held leadership roles in several key initiatives to end homelessness. Theses projects include Street to Home, PATH, Clayton Shelter plus Care and the Douglasville/Douglas County Street to Home projects.Phil continues to be active in the community where he serves on several boards as it relates to homelessness. Phil is a 1982 graduate of Morehouse College.
