The Community Restoration Project views these underserved communities as a chance to offer the essential resources needed to empower and guarantee that families and individuals have the means to achieve self-sufficiency and lead fulfilling, successful lives.

Accomplishments:Achieved a total recidivism savings of $84,048.70/annuallySuccessfully articulated the cost-benefit of Georgia Works! to demonstrate a ROI of $6.10-$11.30 on the dollar and provided data to deem it a sound and beneficial investment in both individuals and communities Developed relationships with over 30 companies that use Georgia Works! for their labor needs; achieved one-year job retention rate of 20 out of 23 graduates or 87% based on the results from their first clientParticipated in a joint study with Georgia Institute of Technology (GA Tech) to validate sustainability of the program with dollars obtained through investments.
