I am a problem solver. I see each problem as a mystery that needs to be deciphered, from diagnosing a patient or to strategically planning for ways to enhance patient care. Identifying and solving problems has been my main task for the past 20 years as a Physician Assistant. I am currently looking for new problems to solve where I can be challenged and help organizations diagnose and solve their problems.I believe that patients are clients, and developing a strong relationship with them is crucial to my work. To do this it is important to be able to communicate in ways that reach them where they are and help guide them through the process from beginning to end. I have a proven track record of working cohesively with patients andmultidisciplinary teams to provide excellent patient care. Whatever the task, I aim to succeed.Outside of work I enjoy biking, reading, movies, and spending time with my family. As a recent transplant to the Triangle area of North Carolina, I look forward to meeting and connecting with new people, facing new challenges, and finding new opportunities for growth and development.
