Concluding a military career spanning 24 years in March 2020, serving both in the Marine Corps and the Navy, I have spent the last 14 years in the Military Working Dog field. The last 6 years has also been spent serving as Command Fitness Leader, proctoring fitness tests as well as exercise and nutritional coaching. Advanced training and education attained while stationed at Naval Special Warfare Development Group and attending the Vohne Liche Special Forces K-9 Course, I have worked with hundreds of working dogs in the field of explosive/narcotic detection and patrol work as well as with several private pet owners to improve the lives and well-beings of their families through training and behavior modification. With a B.S. as a Health Fitness Specialist from Globe University, a Health and Wellness Coaching certification from Georgetown University, and board certification from the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC), I am poised to start my next career with the knowledge and experience to be a valued asset in either.
