In my current role as Implementation Specialist, I manage small, onsite teams to ensure positive outcomes while providing in-house support for internal software. Additionally, I train clients on leveraging software to cut costs and using back end tools to prevent errors.I collaborate with client-side project management personnel to identify and understand project operational consideration and system configuration needs in order support user requirements. I also configure and test system prior to release in order to maximize efficiency and provide operational consistency.

I assumed the Cybersecurity Systems Engineer role at Fidelity to leverage the IBM Guardian security tool to create and analyze reports for three different business units, providing reports for specific servers that log and monitor data. In this role, I worked with more than 20 engineers to upload 10 applications into production using permit-to-operate process while ensuring compliance with company cybersecurity policies and standards.
