Major Accomplishments• Business lead in the Deployment of the Threshold Management process, Automation of threshold validations so Delivery Partners had visibility of their monthly thresholds by SKU and also tracked their ordered to date quantities• Business lead in the implementation and deployment of the Horizontal Plan for the forecasting tool Demantra to improve material availability and optimise inventory holdings • Business lead in the Deployment of the Delivery Partner Stock Management System, which gave visibility and align NBN’s the inventory management across all Delivery Partner warehouses improving inventory accuracy from 76% to 95%• Business lead and mapping of Remedy data and creation of dashboards in OBIEE for reporting purposes• Implementation of the Item Lifecycle Management process to enhance data accuracy/consistency and efficiency of Operations • Review of Item Lifecycle Management and implementing the solution - data accuracy and consistency went from 85% to 99%• Reviewed all Item descriptions and updating these with the AUSLANG methodology which resulted in consistent data across the business.• Actioned a number of Item Master data cleansing/remapping projects to enable data accuracy and consistency.• Automated the approval process for Purchase Order Approvals by identifying the need for this, and put together a project timeline and strategy. Liaised with the IT solution team and presented the business solution for approval. This resulted in a quicker turnaround for PO Approval and the CEO had more time to focus on other matters rather than approving PO’s.
