Responsible for manage PCB (Print Circuit Board) process development for Apple's MacBook/ Pad/ Accessories projects：1. To compare the specification requirements between the new revision and the current revision when Apple's design team release new revision of MacBook or iPad project, and trying to eliminate the gap by enhancing the process capability or another way to meet the requirement.2. To be the contact window of customer's assembly side for PCB process and technical affair. To coordinate the internal sample build team, PM dept., process dept., manufacture dept., and testing dept..3. Prepare sample build report and process development report to summarize the yield rate, process capability and specifications and issues follow Apple's format, and feedback to Apple SQE weekly.4. If there are some technical issues from assembly side in China, to prepare FACA or 8D report and go overseas to report to them face-to-face to solve the issues.5. Support regular meeting and annual audit of Apple (end-customer) and assembly side.

Responsible for the lithography process of PCB.(Dryfilm Printing→ Laser Imaging Exposure→ Development→ Etching→ Dryfilm Removal)The tasks can be divided into three categories according to the time sequence:1. For the Past: Failure mode analysis and yield improvement of the existing issues of the process.2. For Now: Equipment capability inspection, set quantitative indicators for each equipment and conduct regular tests to ensure equipment stability.3. For the Future: Process capability enhancement through process and/or parameter optimization, new equipment and raw material evaluation, to meet the customers' advance requirements.
